Employment: Power Sports Parts Associate - Front Counter

Day’s Power Sports is hiring for a full-time front counter Parts Associate to assist customers with sales, parts and service on new and used snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, lawn mowers, snow throwers and other power sports parts and accessories. We offer sales, parts and service on genuine Arctic Cat and Cub Cadet along with other powersports. Help customers have fun in the outdoors by providing outstanding support for their products.

Essential Job Functions:
• Daily interaction with customers in person or over the phone to assist with sales questions and troubleshooting regarding our products and services.
• Maintain and keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Submit on-line or over the phone parts orders.
• Receive, inventory, and notify customers of parts arrival.
• Enter invoices for parts orders in software system.
• Provide excellent overall customer service.
• Assist customers with load/unload of product.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• May cross train to perform other duties as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least one year of sales experience is preferred.
• At least one year of previous snowmobile, ATV, UTV or lawn mower experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Hours
The normal scheduled hours for the position would be Monday thru Friday, 7:45 AM-5 PM with an unpaid lunch from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM. Saturdays 7:45 AM -12:00 PM per the rotating schedule. Additional overtime would be upon request.
